Dried herbs straight from the garden are for you to enjoy in herbal infusions, as a “simple” or tea blend, or when making your own herbal medicine.

Rest Blend: Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Oat Straw, Vervain, Skullcap, Lemongrass
A mix of herbs to work on the nervous system to induce slowness, rest and ease.
Digestion Blend: Lemon Balm, Marshmallow Leaf, Motherwort, Calendula, Peppermint, Plantago, Lemongrass.
A mix of herb that soothe, cool, coat the gut, support the release of bloating and gas, mild bitters to stimulate digestive enzymes.
How to brew a good tea/infusion: Place 2-3 heaped tablespoons into a 1 litre teapot, or 1-2 teaspoons per cup.
Pour boiling water over herbs and cover for 10-15 minutes. If you’d like a strong brew, you may wish to steep it for 30 minutes or allow to cool and drink chilled with ice. A great ‘sweet’ herbal infusion to encourage fluid intake over Summer.g
