Each community support herbalism box will include five herbal medicines, and will generally include:
2x Herbal tinctures, glycerites, or syrups
1x Herbal tea (infusion) blends
1x Herbal balms, salves, creams body oil or herbal skin care
1 x Extra herbal surprise!
Suggested dosages, herbal actions, recipes, and safety and use guides will be included.
If you are pregnant or lactating, please advise and I can provide some alternative safe herbal medicines.
